• Incorrect item delivered
• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging

2. Return Time Frame

Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it carefully. After successful verification:

• Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed transfer method

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used items
• Items without original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Reason for return
